The U.S. Territory of Guam, strategically located in the western Pacific, will become the Navy's new repair shop, according to Pacific Daily News. A new metal 3D printing facility will take a few years to get up and running, but when fully equipt, will serve the 200-ship U.S. Pacific Fleet.

The maker-aligned spinoff from home tech giant Anker has undergone a rebranding in recent days. Now known as EufyMake, the move positions the company's creative tech hardware with its Eufy smart home brand and distances things from Anker's charging and power-based hardware. The first new product under the EufyMake branding will be a "personal" UV printer, coming soon to Kickstarter.
