Writer/Editor – All3DP

Position Overview

All3DP magazine is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Writer/Editor to help produce best-in-class editorial/journalistic content. This role combines reporting, feature writing, editing, and editorial strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced journalist with strong editorial judgment, exceptional writing and editing skills, and a genuine interest in technology—particularly 3D printing and how things work.

You will contribute to the creation of compelling editorial content, collaborate closely with senior editors, and help ensure the consistent publication of high-quality journalism that informs and engages our global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write daily news articles covering developments in 3D printing, maker technology, and
  related industries
• Interview industry leaders and innovators for original reporting and feature stories
• Produce in-depth features, product reviews, and practical guides
• Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high editorial standards
• Conduct content reviews, providing feedback and guidance to maintain quality,
  originality, and consistency
• Ensure compliance with editorial guidelines and journalistic standards
• Work closely with senior editors to execute the editorial strategy and support
  audience growth
• Track and report on content performance metrics, identifying opportunities for
  improvement and implementing changes when needed
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies, contributing
  new ideas and content formats
• Lead the creation and execution of newsletter content strategies designed to
  engage audiences, drive traffic, and support monetization initiatives
• Contribute to editorial planning using CMS and editorial calendar tools

Requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Professional journalism experience with a strong portfolio of published work
• Proven ability to edit and produce high-quality editorial content
• Native-level English speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong editorial judgment and journalistic ethics
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and editorial workflow tools
• Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools
• Ability to interpret performance data and make data-informed editorial decisions

Preferred Experience

• Experience covering technology, consumer electronics, engineering, or related
  technical fields
• Experience writing product reviews, buyer’s guides, or technical explainers
• Familiarity with SEO-driven editorial strategies
