Would you eat 3D printed meat? 1 in 4 Germans are ready to give it a bite.
In a new Bitkom Research survey, 24% of Germans said they're open to trying 3D printed meat. In fact 16% said they’d like to use a 3D printer to produce food. Despite consumer acceptance, the possibly over-hyped 3D printed meat market still faces technical and cost hurdles, and declining investment.
