Getting a reservation at Restaurant Ocean, the Michelin-starred destination in Portugal , can take months. Yet despite its global reputation and access to the finest tableware available, the restaurant has turned to a bespoke solution: custom 3D-printed ceramic plates crafted by Berlin-based ceramic artist Cindy Valdez of Migration of Matter Ceramics for Chef Hans Neuner's upcoming tasting menu.
