They regularly ask their customers to review the quality of the prints they have received, and using this data they compile a list of the best 3D printers on a quarterly basis. In this instance the term “best” does not refer to 3D printers with the highest print resolution and features, but the highest quality output.

These are the 20 best 3D printers 2016 according to a quarterly trend report that 3D Hubs published at the beginning of October. Please note that 3D Hubs only lists 3D printer models that received more than 50 ratings, so newer machines take a while to appear.
