Support PET Ivory and Support PPA Ivory come as 1 kg spools and are designed for supporting engineering filaments on multi-material printers. Both are available through Amazon, rather than Siraya Tech’s own store.
Siraya Tech has launched two dedicated breakaway support filaments. On sale through Amazon.com, Support PET Ivory and Support PPA Ivory come on 1 kg spools and, like other breakaway support materials, are sacrificial: they offer no structural value as a print alone, but are designed to hold a moderate bond with the part during printing and peel away cleanly once it’s done.
While the name Support PET Ivory suggests compatibility with PET, Siraya Tech also rates it for use with ABS, ASA, PPS, TPU and PA12, filled or unfilled. Support PPA Ivory covers a different set of materials: PPA and PA6, including Siraya’s own PPA-CF, PPA-GF and PPA-CF Core. If you print PA12, you’ll want the PET spool for breakaway support.
The release lands in a small gap – Bambu Lab phased out its own Support for PA/PET early this year, pointing its users to ABS or ASA as support material for PET and PA-based materials instead. While Siraya Tech isn’t alone in offering a dedicated support material – Polymaker sells PolySupport for PA12, while Raise3D’s Industrial PPA Support and Intamsys’s SP5010 both target PPA-CF and PPA-GF, though Intamsys quotes a price only on request – it is unusual in the spread, covering from PET through to high-temperature PPA.

Support PET Ivory prints at 260–280 °C on a 70–90 °C bed, Support PPA Ivory at 270–300 °C on 80–100 °C. Support PPA requires a hardened nozzle and a high-temperature enclosed chamber, and Siraya Tech recommends a hardened nozzle for Support PET too, plus a heater block of 12 mm or more for both materials. On printers where the support material has its own nozzle, both need a purge tower: the filament “heat-ages” in the idle nozzle, Siraya Tech says, which could compromise the printed supports unless the degraded filament is purged first.
Siraya’s user guides say to set the top and bottom Z gap to 0 mm, so the support sits directly against the part for a clean finish, the company claims. The supports can be left intact for the annealing of parts, too.
Support PET Ivory is currently $49.99 at Amazon, while Support PPA Ivory is going for $59.99. Siraya’s print-settings page has no profiles for either, so you may have to put the effort in to set your own up.
