In a nutshell, the update bumps this already rather good 3D printer’s ability to print at high speed, with an improved cooling system and the inclusion of a Bondtech CHT Nextruder nozzle covering the printing, plus improved WiFi setup options from a new NFC module and smartphone companion app. Additionally, there’s a bevy of updated printed parts from carbon fiber-filled polycarbonate that take advantage of changes to Prusa Research’s print farm (an upgrade gifted from the efficiency the company gained updating its print farm to use the MK4).
