Fall Guys is a popular multiplayer online party game, developed by Mediatonic, which was released mid-2020. The game involves groups of up to 60 players at a time, who have to survive a set of obstacles in order to qualify for the next round and eventually win the game.

Fall Guys quickly attracted attention because of the charming, chubby, and adorable way the characters are designed, the way they move, and colorful graphics. These simple figures and the fun costumes you can dress them in are ripe for 3D printing, which is why we’ve gathered here the 10 best free models inspired by the game. We’ve divided our finds into character models and functional accessories, plus a bonus paid model at the end.

If you want your very own Fall Guy but don’t have the time or tools to print it yourself, check out Craftcloud by All3DP. With partners around the world offering professional prints shipped straight to your door, you’ll be rounding up your party members in no time.

So, without further ado, let’s fall down the rabbit hole into the world of Fall Guys!

Characters

One of the many charms of Fall Guys is that there are many different skins, colors, and costumes you can use to make your character more unique or show off your advanced levels. Some skins you can buy using “Kudos” (the currency in the game), some are given to you for completing missions, and others you can buy with (real) money in the online shop. The most epic and legendary ones, however, you can only buy using crowns earned from previous wins.

These skins are composed of top and bottom wear which have to be bought separately, and there are up to 67 possible costumes from the first season and 25 from the second, with even more to come.

We’ve gathered here the best fan-made prints of some of the most popular costumes from the game. Don’t worry, you won’t need any Kudos for these! If you’re looking for a specific costume that we haven’t got below, Troy Slatton has shared a huge range of printable models on Thingiverse and MyMiniFactory.

Pigeon Costume

The pigeon costume is a common costume given to players for reaching certain levels during the first season. Seasons are periods of about two months in the game during which you can work to improve your rank. At the end of the season, your rank is reset and you have to start again from the bottom.

During season one, you get the bottom part of this penguin for reaching level six and the top part for reaching level nine. The creator printed the design in PLA and used 10% infill, though you could bump this up for a heavier model. You’ll need supports for the overhangs like the tail and beak.

Support-Free

This design shows the default guy when you just start out in the game and haven’t earned any costume upgrades, yet! There are many iterations of this model, however, we’ve chosen this one because it’s designed to be as easy to print as possible.

With that in mind, the model is divided into three pieces strategically chosen so that each part can print without supports. This also means you can choose to use a different color of filament for the face, which will save you needing to paint afterward, (though you might still like to color in the eyes). Once printed, the pieces can be easily glued together.

Who printed it? This model has an amazing 27 Makes in every color imaginable. The creator mentioned that they used a raft to print to help with bed adhesion, but other makers have successfully printed without.

Hot Dog Costume

Keep playing to unlock this character, or better yet, print it yourself! (Source: Dylanvlh via Thingiverse)

The hot dog costume is a “rare” costume, which you can only get by reaching level 19 during season 1 to win the top part and level 22 for the bottom part. It’s rare because the levels required to unlock it are quite high, and not many players make it that far.

You’ll need to activate supports to hold it up on those tiny little legs, and it looks amazing painted!

Poses

This friendly waving Fall Guy will definitely need supports (Source: Peasentprinter via Thingiverse)

This print includes files for an assortment of different poses you’ll see your Fall Guy do during the game. They’re all in the basic skin (without any costumes), so you can find the standard standing Fall Guy, a sad Fall Guy right after he didn’t qualify, an excited Fall Guy right after he did qualify, a waving Fall Guy, which you may see on your start screen, and a high-resolution Fall Guy in the standard pose, for printing a more detailed model.

Once again, you’ll need supports, especially if you’re printing outstretched arms!

Who printed it? These models have three Makes shared, and the waving Fall Guy seems the most popular so far.

The Blue Freeze costume is an “epic” costume that’s available in the Fast Food Costume Pack along with the French Fries and Tasty Burger costumes. The fact that it comes in a pack means you can only access it by buying and downloading the pack from the online store. Luckily, you can print this costume for free!

Winner's Crown

There’s no higher honor in Fall Guys (and no harder feat) than to become the winner out of all 60 people competing in a match. Winning is harder than simply qualifying; to qualify, you just need to cross the finish line before the cut number is full. (The cut number refers to the number of players allowed to progress after each round.)

To win, however, you need to be the first one to reach the crown. This crown, to be precise. So why not print your own as a permanent reminder of your victories?

This fun Fall Guys nightlight one makes a very 2020 set with the matching Among Us lamp.

it’s composed of a total of 10 files which must be assembled following the instructions by the creator.

Aside from the print, you’ll need some parts to turn this into a functioning lamp, like an extra-bright LED, a battery holder, and a switch, but the creator has supplied detailed instructions to help you through the electronics.

Time to impress your friends, with your baking as well as your 3D printing! These Fall Guys cookie cutters come in three different poses and you can print each one as many times as you want for maximum cookie-cutting efficiency.

The designer printed these with a variable layer height, for detail on the cutting end but prioritizing speed for the rest of the print. As with any print that will be used for food, consider printing with a food-safe filament to be on the safe side.

Who made it? Schreibmaschine

Who printed it? This model has attracted less attention than others on this list, with only around 30 downloads and 50 likes on PrusaPrinters. But we think they look brilliant and could be a fun twist on gingerbread cookies for Christmas!

This is a simple but fun way to have a handy pen within reach, while also showing everyone you’re a fan of the game.

You might want to use a higher infill than for the earlier models on this list, so it doesn’t get overbalanced by holding up a pen! The little feet rest on a platform to give it more stability and ensure it doesn’t fall over.

Bonus: Among Us Costume

This guy seems a little sus
Surely an imposter? (Source: Teiko via Cults)

Among Us, similar to Fall Guys, became popular in 2020 (though it was released a few years earlier) and is known for the chubby and simple designs for the characters. A creative maker has combined the two concepts to create a Fall Guy wearing an Among Us crewmate costume! The sinister knife definitely seems a bit sus…

This model was designed for SLA printing and will need supports, but based on the printability of similar models on this list, you could give FDM a go!
