Unveiled at Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt, TPM3D says its space-saving setup aims to bring pro-grade SLS performance to studios, labs, and small production teams.
China-based TPM3D just pulled the wraps off its newest SLS 3D printer and material prep unit, the CF200+PPS200, during a live debut on the Technology Stage at Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt yesterday. The company, which has more than 20 years developing SLS systems and more than six industrial-size SLS machines, is aiming this release at users who want industrial-grade polymer powder-bed printing without giving up an entire room to make it happen.

The bundle pairs the CF200 benchtop-size SLS printer with the PPS200 powder-processing station. Together, they take up less than a square meter of floor space and run off a standard 220 V outlet, which makes them far more studio- and lab-friendly than most SLS gear. TPM3D is positioning the system for small production environments, research teams, and design shops that need real SLS capability on a smaller footprint.
Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W, the SLS 3D printer leading the benchtop segment, is the clear target TPM3D has in its sights.
The CF200 has a 30W laser, like the Fuse 1+30W, it’s bigger (200 x 200 x 320 vs. 165 x 165 x 300), and has a slightly lower layer thickness (100 vs. 100 microns). CF200 boasts a print speed 0.5 – 0.8 liters per hour, where as Formlabs has never put a clear number on print speed in its published tech specs.
Although TPM3D has not released the official price yet, it says the CF200 alone will “less than” the Fuse 1+ 30W, which is around $25k. Both the CF200 and the PPS200 material unit, together will be around $40K, the company told All3DP.
The CF200 supports PA11, PA12, and TPU with and “other engineering-grade powders,” the company says.
Workplace cleanliness is another major talking point. The CF200 includes fresh-air filtration and odor control, while the PPS200 uses negative-pressure depowdering and enclosed powder transfer to keep fine material contained. The system also integrates IR sensors, powder-level and temperature monitoring, and a built-in camera. It carries CE certification, meeting widely used safety standards.
TPM3D says target applications range from consumer electronics and education to cultural-product development and small-batch manufacturing.

Anyone attending Formnext 2025 can check out the system in Hall 11.0, Booth C18, where TPM3D is running live demos and answering questions.
