The U.S. Navy greenlights a new $40M metal 3D printing facility on Guam.

The U.S. Territory of Guam, strategically located in the western Pacific, will become the Navy's new repair shop, according to Pacific Daily News. A new metal 3D printing facility will take a few years to get up and running, but when fully equipt, will serve the 200-ship U.S. Pacific Fleet.
