Businesses that actively rely on 3D printing require a machine that can deliver high quality work without creating any headaches or issues to deal with. No one has the time or energy to deal with avoidable issues such as print failures or other various printer problems.

For 3D printing to be a worthwhile investment, businesses have to be able to leverage this technology without regularly running into expensive or time-consuming issues.

Masitte is coming to the commercial 3D printer market with an industrial-grade laser SLA 3D printer that aims to eliminate those frustrating issues. With its new flagship machine, the 3D printer manufacturer wants to provide customers with a more reliable and worry-free 3D printing experience, allowing them to focus on running their business.

Utilizing a unique “Reduced Separation” technology, Masitte’s new laser SLA 3D printer line strives to maintain high-quality while reducing errors.

On February 15 9AM EST, Masitte will go live on Kickstarter with three different models: Masitte Plus, Masitte Dent and Masitte Large. The crowdfunding campaign will offer early bird pricing to its backers. The prices of the laser SLA 3D printer fleet is as follows: Masitte Plus ($1,799), Masitte Dent ($2,499) and Masitte Large ($3,999).  (limited 30 available units per model for early birds)

How Does “Reduced Separation” Technology Work?

Masitte 3D printers have what the manufacturer calls “Reduced Separation” Technology. But how does this process differ from traditional SLA technology?

The 3D printer is equipped with an air flowing system that reduces adhesion between every layer process. The combination of this air flow with a specially coated optical glass, reduction of pulling between the layers is achieved. Because this so-called separation force is reduced in every layer printing process, Masitte avoids print failures that commonly plague other resin 3D printers. In addition to increased print success, this process brings up higher quality results to its user.

Unique Compact Design

Aside from the Reduced Separation technology, there are other features that make the Masitte different from other SLA 3D printers, such as the design. Masitte is designed to house all of its motion system components inside of the main case. When the Z-axis is at zero position, the 3D printer’s physical dimensions become 38% smaller than when its Z-axis is at the top position.

Proven and Ready For Production

The Masitte team has been working with 3D printing technology since 2014, giving them the experience and insight needed to take SLA technology to the next level. You can learn more about the 3D printer manufacturer’s story here.

Over the past year, the three different models featured have already been manufactured and are being used by 11 different small business owners thus far. Because of the positive feedback and high-demand they received from these clients, the team decided to create a Kickstarter project with significantly discounted early bird prices, giving backers access to its industrial-quality SLA 3D printers.
