Back now and enjoy super early bird pricing, a chance to win a free G1 Series printer, and a free 3D/2D white ink set before the 48-hour launch offers end.
The wait is over for creators and small print shops looking to bring industrial-grade manufacturing to their desktops. HeyGears has officially launched its highly anticipated G1 Series on Kickstarter, packing a decade of factory-floor photopolymer-based expertise into an accessible, compact footprint.
Rather than tethering users to single-purpose machines, the G1 Series’ debut marks the arrival of a true three-mode production powerhouse, capable of handling full-color 3D objects, tactile surface texturing, and direct-to-object 2D UV printing all within a single workstation.

As the flagship feature, the G1X produces complex volumetric objects with a maximum build volume of 420 x 330 x 130 mm and millions of colors, delivering smooth gradients, sharp color transitions, and transparent components within a single unattended build.
In UV Mode, the G1 Series is designed for a recommended relief height of up to 5 mm for optimal stability.
Rounding out its capabilities, the G1 Series prints at a crisp 1440 x 2400 DPI across more than 400 compatible substrate types, including plastic, metal, wood, glass, ceramic, leather, and acrylic. It also allows you to create advanced optical print showcases like holographic and lenticular effects.

The G1 Series features a self-developed automatic calibration setup. A line-scan camera captures substrate contours line by line for adaptive alignment, while an overhead wide-angle camera applies real-time distortion correction.
Depending on your production volume, the series has two options:
For software, the ecosystem uses HeyVerse and Blueprint Studio. This suite simplifies the workflow by offering one-tap 3D model generation from simple text prompts or 2D images, alongside automatic 2D-to-3D texture conversion.

The G1 Series’ hardware scales via a modular attachment system, including rotary, flatbed, roll-to-film add-ons, as well as a Resin Station setup. This means it naturally adapts to diverse commercial environments:
The HeyGears G1 Series officially launches on Kickstarter on July 23 at 4pm GMT.
The entry-level G1 will available at a super early bird price of $1,999 (MSRP $2,699), while the G1X will be available across four reward tiers:
Backers who place an order within the first 48 hours of launch will be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win a full refund on their reward. Early backers also receive a free 3D/2D white ink set worth $109. G1X Full-3D Pack, G1X Deluxe Bundle, and G1X Full-3D Twin Pack backers get three 1000 ml bottles of white UV resin, while G1/G1X Starter Pack backers get three 300 ml bottles of white UV ink. This promotion may be subject to change ahead of launch.
