Renowned for supplying desktop 3D printers to consumers and educators across the world, Flashforge has also started to make a name for itself on the commercial market. The manufacturer recently unveiled the Guider 3 Plus, a sizable 3D printer designed to meet the rapid prototyping demands of large-scale models, such as art, movie props, architecture and more.

After finding success on the professional market with the Guider 3 Plus 3D printer, Flashforge has once again expanded its reach into the professional market with a smaller, yet faster and more effective machine.

Yet another addition to the Guider series, Flashforge Guider 3 is designed to serve small businesses who need rapid and low-cost production capabilities. Guider 3 offers faster speed, a material management system, and other intuitive features that promote seamless operation and highly efficient output.

Flashforge Guider 3 Brings High-Speed 3D Printing Production to Small Businesses

The newly released Flashforge Guider 3 is a feature-rich machine that aims to reduce printing time and increase production capabilities. Print speed is a crucial aspect in making this 3D printer faster than the competition. Boasting a maximum print speed of 250 mm/s, users are able to increase output within small production floors or workspaces.

Another aspect that makes the Guider 3 a small-batch production workhorse is its comprehensive and intuitive management system, which simplifies print operation and optimizes the full production flow. This system includes real-time printing monitoring and resume print functionality, allowing users to run the 3D printer continuously throughout all hours of the day and night. Compared to the previous iteration, Flashforge was able to reduce the Guider 3’s weight by 20%.

Designed with an aluminum frame and brand-new fuselage structure, the 3D printer remains stable throughout the printing process, even during high-speed production. While the frame is compact, Flashforge Guider 3 offers a modest 300 x 250 x 340mm build volume. The size-conscious design of the machine makes it ideal for workshops, school, and production floors that have minimal space to spare. The outer shell of the 3D printer is made of lightweight and durable ABS plastic and acrylic sheets, reducing weight without sacrificing sturdiness.

Aside from the high-speed capabilities and sturdy frame design, Flashforge Guider 3 is packed with a number of other noteworthy features.

Within the build chamber, the manufacturer has implemented a swappable build platform system. Users can easily switch between a glass build platform and flexible steel plate platform. The bed leveling system combines auxiliary and automatic leveling to ensure precise leveling.

Flashforge Guider 3 comes equipped with a dual-extrusion nozzle that can be easily maintained. The manufacturer has increased filament feeding force by 150%, reducing nozzle clogging and other problems that arise when printing with difficult materials.

With a maximum extruder temperature of 320°C, the 3D printer supports a wide range of materials, including ABS, PLA, PC, PA, HIPS, ASA, PETG, and more. There’s also a HEPA 13 filter to eliminate any unpleasant odors from materials, keeping it all within the build chamber.
