One Click Metal is expanding its portfolio with the Pro line, a new system aimed at users scaling from entry-level adoption to industrial series production. Set to debut at Formnext 2025.
German-based One Click Metal, known for making metal 3D printing more accessible with its Baseline (MPrint and MPure), unveiled a significant expansion to its hardware lineup: the new Proline. This system is not a replacement for its entry-level, but rather a direct answer to customers ready to move from initial prototyping and research to more demanding, industrial-scale production, the company says.
The new line is built around two core components: the MPrintPro printer and the MPurePro powder handling station.

At the heart of the new system is the MPrintPro. One Click Metal stays it’s designed for the “reliable production of medium to large parts in higher volumes.”
The most significant upgrade is the inclusion of a 500W laser. This boost in power enables faster build rates and, crucially, gives the machine the ability to process specialized, high-performance materials that require a greater energy input. This feature alone signals a clear move toward true production capabilities.
Another key feature aimed at industrial users is a new self-cleaning filter system, developed with Herding Filtertechnik. One Click Metal claims this filter can operate for up to 500 hours without any user interaction. For any business running a printer for series production, that translates directly to increased machine uptime, reduced maintenance, and lower overall running costs.

Anyone familiar with metal LPBF knows that the printing is only half the battle. Efficient and safe powder handling is critical. The Proline addresses this with the MPurepro ($50K), an unpacking and sieving unit built for higher throughput.
The MPurepro uses vacuum conveying to transport powder directly from the build chamber to the sieving station. This speeds up the unpacking process significantly and is ideal for users dealing with the larger powder volumes associated with series production.
One Click Metal has also added usability features like an integrated tool holder and storage for up to six powder cartridges, streamlining the entire post-processing workflow.

With this launch, One Click Metal is clearly segmenting its market. The Baseline remains the company’s accessible entry point for small businesses, labs, and innovators. The Proline now provides a dedicated upgrade path for those same users once they’ve “gained experience and discovered new applications,” as the company puts it.
This new system provides the “additional capabilities needed for customers who are ready to take the next step toward higher productivity and advanced manufacturing demands.”
The entire Proline system is set to be officially presented at Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt, which kicks off in a few week.
