Anycubic Vyper: Smart-Leveling System and Other Features
So, with so many FDM machines on the market, what sets the Anycubic Vyper apart from other 3D printers in its class?
The primary feature is auto-leveling capabilities that are uncommon with printers in a similar price range. Designed with a precise pressure strain gauge and 16-point leveling module, its smart-leveling system automatically adjusts any unevenness on the printer bed – thus eliminating the time-consuming need for manual bed leveling.
The printer features cutting-edge print bed technology that combines spring steel and soft magnetic rubber. This makes 3D printed models more resistant, harder to deform, easier to remove, and relieves users from having to use masking paper and glue to get that first layer to stick. The magnetic print bed of the Vyper measures 245x245x260 millimeters, making it capable of meeting large-scale 3D printing needs. Its integrated structure and modular design allow users to assemble the machine in just three simple steps, making it easy to maintain. The machine also has some performance upgrades under the hood, including a new 32-bit motherboard and TMC2209 ultra-silent driver.
The Z-axis high-precision double screw and double photoelectric limit work together to offer reduced zero position error, more stable operation, and an even print. Its print head – designed with a double fan and two-way heat dissipation system –works to rapidly cool down newly 3D printed models. Finally, the Anycubic Vyper’s auto-resume function and filament detection save the user from frustrating mid-print failures.
