The laser engraving world has exploded in popularity over recent years, with a growing demand for bespoke products showcasing detailed designs.

It’s also due to accessible, budget-friendly laser engraving tech becoming more commonplace across different industries. The rise in DIY buffs and small businesses has supercharged the need for adaptable, user-friendly desktop laser engraving gadgets.

Atezr just dropped the news about the launch of their second-gen laser engraving device L2. This fresh release comes in three models boasting power ratings of 12W, 24W, and 36W. What’s nifty is that users can tailor their machines by simply swapping out laser modules for ones with varying power ratings.

This fresh iteration reshapes and enhances several aspects of their prior generation, like higher engraving speeds and cool new features making the machines a breeze for both rookies and pros to use.

Atzer L2: Speed, Automation, and Other Advanced Features

The Atezr L2 series boasts quite a few tech advantages over its forerunners, offering users improved efficiency and adaptability. A standout upgrade is the higher engraving speed, reaching a maximum of 54,000 mm/min – that’s over triple the speed of the prior generation.

This results in a 40–60% decrease in project completion times, without skimping on precision. All the Atezr L2 machines come with a resume function that picks up where it left off when the power is restored after a cut-off, saving users from pricy mistakes and frustrating disruptions.

The Atezr L2 series’ structural design shines with its precision and user-friendly focus. The advanced optical axes and industrial rails present in these new machines equate to a lifespan four times longer than previous models – around 180,000 movements in any direction.

Moreover, the Atezr L2 series stepped up its Z-axis game by introducing automatic focus adjustment and lifting features. These smart features adjust the machine’s focal length automatically by shifting the laser module within a 10–40 mm range depending on the detected material thickness. It ensures the laser is always just right, avoiding blurry engravings and boosting the cutting capacity by 4 mm. It’s an impressive 30% upgrade compared to similar-powered engraving machines.

The Atezr L2 series also packed a few extra upgrades into its laser modules for ramped-up performance and efficiency. The LED display now shows the laser module’s power usage. An automatic air assist feature has been thrown in for smarter heat dispersal than previous models.

The engraver also has a double-layer air filtration cover that provides better dust dispersion and keeps debris from cluttering the workspace. Meanwhile, the laser preview function guides users to position the engraving material accurately.

Safety hasn’t been neglected in the Atezr L2 series either. It features a gyroscope for slope protection, which halts the machine when the angle between the X- and Y-planes and the horizontal Z-plane exceeds 15°–20°. They also have six limit switches to keep the machines from moving outside their intended range. Plus, a flame detector monitors the work area in real time, alerting the user if sparks are about to turn into flames.

Atezr Laser Engraver Accessories Enhance Usability and Performance

Atezr also offers a bunch of accessories for their second-gen laser engravers to enrich the user experience and smooth out the engraving process.

The heightening feet can give the machine an extra 120 mm lift, creating more workspace and making setup and pack-away times a snap. The extended shaft expands the engraving space, improving precision and project flexibility. Also, the Atezr KR PRO Rotary Roller enables users to engrave cylindrical objects, like bottles and cups, pushing creative boundaries even further.

Atezr is also rolling out an expanded version of its smoke-proof cover accessory, which nabs any smoke or fumes churned out during engraving. It’s designed to accommodate the Atezr L2 even with the extended shaft attached.

And if that wasn’t enough, Atezr is in the works on a beefy 48W second-gen laser engraving machine to give users’ creativity and productivity a turbo boost. With all these cool new developments, Atezr is dead set on offering its customers top-of-the-line tech that takes the engraving experience to the next level and amps up productivity.
